College Football is widely known all around America, Some people like it, some people don’t.
College Football is the first step to becoming a professional football player and some people say that there shouldn’t be a step before going pro and the athletes should just go straight to the NFL.
“College football is definitely needed,” 7th grader Owen Garner said. “It’s a necessary step before the NFL, I play football and it’s great to have a level right under it to get some more practice time.”
8th grader Lance Luongo loves watching all types of sports, especially football. He thinks that college football is a great way to sneak in a little bit more time to get better at the game.
“My family got me into college football and I’m obsessed with it now,” Lance said. “I think that college football is a way to show what the competition is like in the NFL.”
8th grader Byson Beutler has always loved the sport of football. He says it’s always been a good sport and thinks that college football is great to watch.
“My dad got me into watching college football since he’s a football coach,” Bryson said. “College football let’s people have time to prepare for the NFL.”
8th grader Cooper King plays every kind of sport that he can find but his two main sports are football and baseball. He is also a big fan of college sports, including football.
“I’ve always watched college football, it’s just my family’s thing,” Cooper said. “College is an important level between high school and pro. It’s a great time to get extra work and get used to the next level of competition.”
8th grader Everett Aniol is mostly about baseball but if baseball is not on it’s college football for him. It’s just a little hobby that he likes to have.
“My family is mostly a baseball family, but recently we have been watching more of college football,” Everett said. “College football is a great way to get more practice in and have some more fun with your friends before it gets serious.”
